City Life

This week a routine is forming around my activities and experiences. Living in the heart of a city has it's unique challenges. Getting exercise, socializing, working, etc. are done differently than in the rest of the country. Personally, I find myself moving from one screen (computer, cellphone, television) to another. Moving via trains, buses, sidewalks and exercising via treadmills.

Urban living has a feeling of the control of big brother and the same old people-are-cattle cliché that has been voiced a google of times. Just like any environment people adapt to it and find their place. That's what this week feels like. Adapting. That and wondering what to do for Christmas. I'm thinking of seeing "Walk Hard" and having a good laugh.
